Rock star Jon Bon Jovi’s residence at 158 Mercer Street was first listed in March 2013 with a lofty $42 million price tag. However, failing to sell over several months, the home was reduced and listed at $39 million in September of that year. Having found no buyer even with a discounted asking price, Bon Jovi took the home off the market in January 2014. He has reportedly relisted his duplex penthouse apartment in Manhattan, New York City, for $37.5 million.
The swanky duplex which he purchased in 2007 for $24 million, has since been renovated. The residence is a 7452 square feet condo, comprising of five bedrooms and five full and one half bathroom, three landscaped terraces, 11-foot ceilings, a private screening room, and arched windows. The penthouse apartment offers full views of the city’s skyline, has central heating and cooling and comes with an elevator and doorman service.
