The popular contractor of “Love It or List It” joins Nest Seekers International as the REAL ESTATE brokerage firm eyes a new reality tv show starring him!
Eremita, who appeared as himself and immediately became a fan favorite on the ever so popular HGTV home improvement show, will be now launching his next big act with the global real estate brand Nest Seekers International. He has joined forces with the New York City based brokerage firm as a licensed real estate agent. He’s also developing his own reality television show with the firm’s in-house production company, Nest Media.

In his new role, the NYC native who now calls Fair Haven N.J. home, is a licensed Real Estate Associate in New York and New Jersey. Eric will be partnering up with managing broker Christen Sachs at the Rumson, New Jersey office and also working deals out of the Nest Seekers International main headquarters with CEO Eddie Shapiro and managing broker John Carbone at 505 Park Avenue in NYC.
Eremita teaming up with Nest Seekers International just makes perfect sense. Both brands are recognized and highly respected in worldwide global markets.
