Tour La Riviera D’Italia to Benefit The Ashley Lauren Foundation
On Monday, July 17 2023 from 5-9pm, top chefs from New York City and New Jersey will gather for a spectacular tasting evening to benefit The Ashley Lauren Foundation, which provides hope and help for children with cancer throughout the State of New Jersey.
This premiere event, CHEFS WHO CARE, will feature stations that celebrate the cuisine of La Rivera D’Italia along with premium Italian wine and spirits. In addition, the evening will include live entertainment, dancing, special guests and an extraordinary silent auction.
This exclusive event will strengthen the ability of The Ashley Lauren Foundation to bring much needed resources and assistance to children and their families who are facing the horrific disease of pediatric cancer. It will bring much needed hope and help into their lives through financial, material and emotional support along with programs to bring smiles to the children. This exceptional organization was founded by Monica Vermeulen in 2005, based on her own personal experience when her daughter, Ashley Lauren, was diagnosed with cancer at the age of three.
The exciting roster for this year’s CHEFS WHO CARE include Jacques Torres, Cesare Cassella, as well as a number of industry veterans and Michelin star holders.
