Enter a grand ballroom with over 20 of the finest chefs from all over New York City, New Jersey, and the Tri-State area preparing some of their premier dishes to keep your mouth savoring for more! Walk around to a room filled with live entertainment and be sure to check out the display of luxury auction items for bidding during the silent auction, and don’t miss the fabulous live auction hosted by none other than celebrity auctioneer, Billy Harris.
This year, The Ashley Lauren Foundation is excited to present their 2025 Culinary Honoree: Emmy award-winning public television host, best‐selling cookbook author, successful restaurateur and owner, Lidia Bastianich. Lidia has created Emmy Award-winning cooking programming over the last 25 years including Lidia’s Kitchen, Lidia’s Family Table, Lidia’s Italy, and Lidia’s Italy in America, as well as the three-time James Beard Award-winning series Lidia Celebrates America. She has also published cookbooks such as My American Dream: A Life of Love, Family, and Food , Lidia’s Kitchen, and Lidia’s From Our Family Table to Yours.
