Showcasing how they have evolved from writing instruments, into a full-line lifestyle brand with global presence
Visitors to the Watch and Jewellery Show BASELWORLD 2013, taking place from April 25 to May 2, 2013 in Switzerland, will see both newly-reconfigured exhibition halls and a new presence from Montegrappa. At this, Montegrappa’s third appearance at Baselworld, they will showcase their products on a stand designed to match the new guise of Montegrappa’s boutiques, as found in major cities around the world.
Basel 2013 is an important event for Montegrappa, because it heralds their second century as Italy’s most revered and experienced manufacturer of fine writing implements. In a short time, they have positioned themselves prominently among Baselworld’s 1500 exhibitors with an inviting and attractive stand that focussed first on pens, and then on their collections of watches and accessories.
For 2013, Montegrappa will be adding another complete range of products to their catalogue, one that is wholly complementary to their existing families of accessories and gifts, as well as to their core products: the world’s finest pens. It is an integral part of their plan to create a comprehensive Montegrappa luxury collection.
To present ‘the world of Montegrappa’ in the most attractive and hospitable manner imaginable, they will be moving to the new ‘First Avenue’ area, which has been created to convey a luxurious shopping mall feel, complete with uniform façades.
As a part of Baselworld’s new approach to displaying products for both the trade and the public, Montegrappa will construct an authentic and realistic display based on a fresh concept. It is one that will serve as the new corporate style for standalone Montegrappa boutiques, as well as in-store sales areas. Baselworld will offer visitors the opportunity to enjoy a ‘sneak preview’ of the revised look.
Visitors to Montegrappa’s Baselworld display will be able to experience how they have evolved, on the cusp of their first and second centuries, from producing only writing instruments, into a full-line lifestyle brand with global presence.
